ONE-TIME PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

You represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or guardian when visiting the Site.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DFC Roasters (Pvt)Ltd hereby permits you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser solely for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party. 

Unless otherwise expressly permitted by DFC Roasters (Pvt)Ltd in writing, you may not copy, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, alter, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it.

SHIPPING 

Shipping charges may be imposed or not imposed based on the purchase. However, DFC Roasters reserves the right to change the shipping charges at our sole discretion. Should that be the case, we will provide adequate notification to users affected by any such change.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES 

Please contact us using the information below if you need to cancel or amend your order. Tell us your name, order number, the items you’d like to modify, and why. The team will get back to you regarding the possibilities case by case.

DFC Roasters (Pvt) LTD reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Should that be the case, we will provide adequate notification to subscribers affected by any such change.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

DFC ROASTERS (PRIVATE) LIMITED a Company duly incorporated in Sri Lanka under the Companies Act No.7 of 2007 under Registration No. (PV 235078) and having its registered office at No. 11A, Milepost Avenue Colombo 03, in the said Republic of Sri Lanka ( hereinafter called and referred to as “ DF Roasters or Damn fine coffee”  which term or expression shall where the context so requires or admits mean and include the said  DFC ROASTERS (PRIVATE) LIMITED its successors , legal representatives, administrators and permitted assigns of the FIRST PARTY.

WHEREAS the Company is in the business of coffee subscription plans under different terms and conditions to the party who wishes to utilize the subscription plan.

These terms and conditions (T&C’s) govern your agreement with DFC Roasters, for a subscription plan. By choosing to purchase a DFC Roasters subscription plan you accept these supplementary Terms and Conditions. These supplementary Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the General Conditions of Sale, which can be accessed here: www.dfcroasters.co 

DEFINITION OF PLANS

1. WHO CAN SUBSCRIBE?
Customers must be at least 18 years old and reside in SRI LANKA. There is a limit of one “Coffee Subscription Plan” per Member.

2. HOW DO THE PAYMENTS WORK?
Your coffee subscription plan has a fixed cost which will be charged to you through a weekly or monthly fee. This monthly fee is fixed and varies depending on the subscription plan you select. 

3. FAILED PAYMENTS
If you fail to pay the weekly/monthly fee on the payment date, DFC Roasters (Pvt) Ltd’s automated system will reattempt again until successful for three consecutive days. 

In terms of “coffee only” subscription plans, your subscription will be temporarily suspended after the three failed payment attempts. However, you can reactivate the plan by making the payment again and the subscription plan will restart from the date of payment as a fresh subscription. If DFC Roasters is unable to contact you or assist you in recommencing the plan, the subscription will be removed from the system.

4. TERMINATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
The DFC Roasters subscription plan can be cancelled at any time with no charge to you. Please contact us using the information below. Tell us your name, Subscription number, and why you would like to cancel.

5. SHIPPING
Shipping charges may be imposed or not imposed based on the subscription plan. However, DFC Roasters reserves the right to change the shipping charges at our sole discretion. Should that be the case, we will provide adequate notification to subscribers affected by any such change.

6. HOW LONG DOES THE DFC RAOSTERS COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN LAST?
12 months. The subscription could be renewed ever year as required.

7. CREDIT CARD CANCELATIONS, CARD RENEWALS, CARD REPLACEMENTS.
In the event of an assigned credit card being canceled, you may terminate the subscription as per instructions given in item 3 above. And re-apply for a subscription plan using the DFC roasters website  www.dfcroasters.co

8. TERMS OF USE
DFC Roasters reserves the right to change the subscription Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Should that be the case, we will provide adequate notification to subscribers affected by any such change.
